Additionally, a recent report from the NAHB showed that 40% of buyers have been completely outbid for a home they wanted to purchase. I’d argue that number is even higher based on our experience out in the market.

Here’s the bottom line: It’s nearly impossible to underprice your home in this market if you have the right strategy.
