Palmetto Hall Plantation is a gated community with 523 lots of which 437 are developed properties. Located within the plantation is The Palmetto Hall Plantation Club (PHPC), which has two 18 hole golf courses: the Arthur Hills Course and the Robert Cupp Course, two tennis courts, a pool with a pavilion and a beautiful southern-style clubhouse. Membership is required.
